Quiet Valley is open June 20 to Labor Day with hours of:
Tuesday through Saturday, plus Labor Day from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Last tour of day at 4:00 p.m)
Sundays from 1:00 to 5:30 p.m. (Last tour of day at 4:00 p.m)
Admission $7.00 Adult, $4.00 Child (ages 3-12)
Closed Mondays, except Labor Day.

From Stroudsburg, PA & New Jersey: Rt.80 west to Exit 304 onto Rt. 209. Right at Shafer's School House Road, left on Business Route 209. Follow signs (1 1/2 miles)From Scranton/Wilkes-Barre,PA Area: Rt.380 to Rt.80 East to Exit 302A onto Rt.33; use SECOND Snydersville exit; turn left on Manor Drive. Follow signs (2 1/2 miles)
From Allentown,PA: Rt. 22 East to Rt.33 North. Use Snydersville exit; turn right on Manor Drive. Follow signs (2 1/2 miles)
Quiet Valley has three seasonal non summer festivals open to the public; Farm Animal Frolic, our Harvest Festival, and Old Time Christmas.
There are other activites that are available to the members of Quiet Valley. We offer a program on Maple Sugaring, as well as an Ice Harvest (weather permitting) each winter. To become a member, please contact us.
Quiet Valley also offers Workshops on many different areas of life on the farm during the early days of America. The Quiet Valley workshops are all conducted in a friendly and informal manner. They are an excellent and informal way to learn a craft which will be a source of enjoyment in the future or be demonstrated at Quiet Valley during the summer or for Harvest Festival. The instructors are supportive of our beginning efforts and encouraging to the more advanced students. For an educational but great time sign up and attend.

Farm Tour: Tour of the Farm and Buildings with First Person Interpretation by Costumed Guides. April 1 to June 19, September & October, and during the Summer. Grades 3 and up. $7.00 Adults, $4.00 Child ($60.00 minimum) Reservations Required.
School House Experience: Participate for 3 1/2 hours in One Room School Program in the 1893 school house. November, January, February, March and during the Summer. Grade 3 and up. $6.00 per person ($100.00 minimum) Reservation Required
Farm Hands Adventure: Hands on Participation in Small Groups, Grind Flour, Knead & Bake Bread, Churn Butter, Make a Craft. November, January, February, March. Grades 3 and Up. $10.00 per person ($180.00 minimum) Reservations Required.
Henrietta Visits Your School: Original Story of Farm Children told in Your Classroom with Live Chicken. November 1 to March 15 Grades K-2 $40.00 per class ($120.00 minimum) $.30 per mile Limited Travel Area
Molly the Sheep Visits Your School: Hands-on demonstrations in Your Classroom with a Live Sheep: Wool carding, spinning and weaving. November 1 to March 15. Grades 2-3 $60.00 per class ($180.00 minimum) $.30 per mile, Limited Travel Area.
